Automatic sprinklers control or put out a fire in its early stage, often before the fire brigade arrives. Mydaddy Microtech (MDM) designs and installs fire sprinkler systems for hotels, hospitals, offices, malls, factories and warehouses as per NBC 2016, IS 15105 and NFPA 13.
Types of sprinkler systems we install
- Wet pipe sprinkler system – the most common type for hotels, hospitals and offices
- ESFR sprinklers – for high-bay warehouses with high-piled and rack storage
- In-rack sprinklers – for tall racking where ceiling sprinklers are not enough
- Pre-action and dry systems – for areas where accidental water discharge must be avoided
- Deluge and water spray systems – for transformers and special hazards
What we take care of
- Hazard classification and hydraulic calculations
- Sprinkler layout coordinated with ceilings, lights, ducts and cable trays using BIM
- Installation control valve sets, flow switches and alarm gongs
- Integration with the fire alarm system
- Hydro testing, flushing and commissioning
- Documentation for fire NOC and handover
Warehouses and factories
Storage height, commodity class and rack layout decide the sprinkler design. We plan the system with your rack layout and future expansion so that the pump room and mains do not need to be rebuilt later. Read our guide on fire fighting systems for warehouses.
