A fire fighting system only protects you if it works on the day of a fire. A planned annual maintenance contract (AMC) keeps pumps, valves, detectors and extinguishers ready and keeps the records needed for fire NOC renewal and insurance. Mydaddy Microtech (MDM) provides AMC for systems installed by us and by other contractors.
What our AMC covers
- Fire pump room – electric, diesel and jockey pumps, controllers, batteries and fuel
- Hydrant system – landing valves, hoses, hose reels, yard hydrants and fire brigade inlet
- Sprinkler system – control valves, flow switches, alarm valves and inspector’s test
- Fire alarm system – panel, detectors, call points, hooters and batteries
- Gas suppression – cylinder weight and pressure checks, detection and release circuits
- Fire extinguishers – inspection, refilling and hydro testing
How it works
- Initial audit of the existing system and a list of repairs needed
- Scheduled monthly or quarterly visits with checklists
- Service reports after every visit
- Breakdown support
- Annual summary for fire NOC renewal and insurance
